BUG: Toolbar of ckeditor components is not correctly refreshed

How to reproduce the bug?

1. Go on demo website : https://grapesjs.com/demo-newsletter-editor.html
2. Clear canvas and add text block twice :

=> The toolbar of the first is correctly refreshed depending on text style => The toolbar of the second is not correctly refreshed

I reproduce this issue on any project using this version of grapesjs (0.21.2)
