Creators may enable optional one-time or monthly donations for eligible free products.

Donation prompts must accurately describe the supported product and must not imply guaranteed support levels, delivery deadlines, or exclusive rights unless explicitly stated.

Creators must not use donations for prohibited fundraising, illegal activity, or misleading claims.

Donations are voluntary support payments. Buyers should review donation mode (one-time or monthly) before checkout.

Creators remain responsible for communication quality and ethical handling of supporter expectations.

Disputes may be reviewed under platform rules and applicable payment provider policies.

Creators retain rights to their products and related intellectual property.

By listing on GJS.Market, creators grant a non-exclusive license for hosting, display, promotion, and distribution through our services.

Creators are responsible for product support and communication with buyers.

GJS.Market provides platform tooling but is not a direct party to creator-buyer support obligations.

GJS.Market may suspend or terminate accounts, disable donations, or remove listings when policy violations, fraud, abuse, or legal risks are detected.
