This code is part of a bigger project: Silex v3 which aims to be a free/libre alternative to webflow
When the user is adding a CSS class in the Selector Manager UI, this plugin displays a list of classes already in use. This makes the UX better and closer to mainstream website builders.

When we resize an image with a class 'xyz', all the elements on the page with same class also gets resized because editor adds css to those classes.
