Uploading an image is rarely the whole job — it usually needs resizing, format conversion or compression before it is fit to serve. This plugin sends GrapesJS asset uploads through Robodog into Transloadit, which runs those steps as part of the upload.

How it differs from the Uppy plugin

It is closely related to grapesjs-uppy and shares the same dashboard interface and option names. The difference is the destination: instead of uploading to a tus endpoint, files go to Transloadit, where an assembly you define processes them. Choose this one when you want transformation on ingest rather than plain storage.

Options

  • params — the Transloadit parameters, including the template or assembly instructions that define what processing runs.
  • companionUrl — the Uppy Companion instance used for remote sources.
  • uppyOpts and dashboardOpts — passed through to Uppy and its dashboard.
  • btnEl, btnText and theme — the trigger element, its label, and the picker theme.
  • onComplete and onFailed — callbacks for successful and failed assets.
