Frequently asked questions
- The HTML export is fully static — no server required at render time. You can push exported pages directly to S3, Cloudflare Pages, or Netlify. A server is only needed if you want live saving or A/B test assignment.
- GrapesJS itself doesn't run A/B tests, but it produces clean HTML that integrates with any external testing tool (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize). We can add a variant-tag block to mark test elements in the editor.
- The forms plugin adds drag-droppable form fields. We configure a form-submit action that POSTs to your CRM API or a webhook (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier) at setup.
- Yes. Exported landing pages are plain HTML with inline critical CSS — no JavaScript framework overhead. Lighthouse LCP scores above 90 are normal for pages without heavy video.
- Yes — that is the primary use case. We wire a Publish button in the editor that POSTs the HTML to your CDN or CMS API, so marketers can update live pages from the editor itself.
- We can add a countdown-timer component at setup. It is a lightweight vanilla-JS widget that reads a target date from the component's data attributes — no external library required.
- Landing page builds start at $450 with the landing-pages preset. Adding the lory slider, tabs, and forms plugin typically brings the bundle to $700–$1,000. Setup and CDN integration are quoted separately.
