Hello 👋

We're a development studio - DevFuture Studio. For the past few years, I’ve been working with GrapesJS, creating plugins, presets, and visual editors that help designers and developers build websites faster and easier.

This blog is my space to share real experiences: what projects I’ve built, what plugins I’ve released (both free and paid), and what I’ve learned along the way.

🛠 My Experience with GrapesJS

  • Working with GrapesJS for over 4 years
  • Built custom no-code editors for websites, landing pages, and documents.
  • Developed plugins with unique UI, custom menus, and integrations with React and Next.js.
  • Published solutions on GJS.Market

🚀 DevFuture Studio Projects

  1. Users Blocks — Add and manage custom blocks in GrapesJS. Flexible structure with server-side or local loading.
  2. Templates Manager — A plugin that allows users to select and insert pre-defined templates directly inside the editor.
  3. GRID System for GrapesJS — A grid layout system to build responsive column-based designs easily.
  4. Inline Text Editor with CKEditor 5 — Seamlessly integrates CKEditor 5 as an inline rich text editor for GrapesJS.
  5. More plugins

Free / Open-Source Plugins

  1. Borders Color — Customize border, toolbar, badge, and selection colors inside GrapesJS.
  2. Preset for GrapesJS — A preset with styles and built-in plugins to start projects with a clean design out of the box.
  3. Whitener Preset GrapesJS — Preset is designed to give you a clean, white look for your webpages and newsletters.

🎯 Why I Build These Plugins

When working with GrapesJS, I constantly faced the same challenges:

  • Making text editing smoother for end-users.
  • Improving visual customization (colors, grids, layouts).
  • Speeding up workflow with ready-made templates and presets.
  • Helping developers and designers focus on creativity instead of boilerplate setup.

That’s why every plugin I release solves a real-world problem I personally encountered in projects.

📢 What’s Next?

This blog is just the beginning. I’ll be sharing:

  • step-by-step tutorials on how I built plugins like Users Blocks,
  • guides on integrating GrapesJS with React and Next.js,
  • case studies of real projects using my plugins,
  • announcements about new releases on GJS.Market.

👉 In the next article, I’ll walk you through how I built the plugin from scratch — from idea to publishing on GJS.Market.

If you’re working with GrapesJS or curious about building your own plugins, stay tuned. This is going to be fun 🚀
